An unpleasant smell in toilet ,excellent breakfast ,clean big room with comfortable double bed and a not so warm réception!Overall a good impression of our stay in this hotel.Only some details to improve!

Das Personal war eigentlich nett aber von der Sauberkeit her, Komfort und Zustand war es sehr schlecht; alte Möbel, altes Gebäude, altes Badezimmer, nicht ganz saubere Decke für unser Kind. Eine alte Lampe hat die ganze Nacht "gezischt". Schlecht geschlafen. Wir kehren dort nicht zurück.

Good overnight stop en route to Italy . Easy to find from the main roads . Plenty of free parking and electric hook ups going in for about three cars The hotel is typical Novotel decor outside and inside Although it needed a bit of TLC , not so sure the interior decor is right for a 4* , it looked like it had been boarded up following damage !!!! The restaurant menu was limiting but adequate and a fair price . We opted for breakfast which was ample, a mixture of the usual cereal and continental meats . There was bacon and scrambled eggs but sadly cold . But it was there. Good choice of hot drinks too The room was fine all be it tired . Comfy bed and a good shower . Nice clean towels . Honestly feel it isn’t a 4* and it is over priced but that’s the world we live in now for travel . Overall it’s the friendly staff that make this hotel .

Séjour moyen, mauvais accueil. J'ai mis une meilleure note lors de mon précédent séjour ( mois de novembre) car j'avais été très bien accueilli et j'étais satisfait. Or, là, l'accueil lors de mon arrivée à été franchement désagréable, j'avais l'impression de déranger. Et, cerise sur le gâteau, ma femme a oublié son gant de crin neuf ainsi que son rasoir ( pas un Bic...) dans la douche , après s'en être servi... Le soir même, je téléphone à l'hôtel, et on m'a dit ne rien avoir trouvé dans la chambre?! Il paraîtrait que même un rasoir Bic serait rapporté aux objets trouvés...??? Pas nos objets en tout cas... ( valeur 45 €) Soit les chambres sont très mal faites et les clients suivants ont trouvé rasoir et gant de crin dans la douche... Soit ces objets ont été récupérés... On a également omis de m'appeler,comme convenu , pour me signaler l'avancée des recherches...

Nous sommes extrêmement déçu de ce séjour chez l’enseigne Novotel! L’extérieur de l’hôtel est froid et aucun aménagement accueillant n’est fait… Le parking est grand. L’accueil du personnel est agréable. Les chambres sont d’un autre temps: Moquettes vieilles et usées, meubles et encadrement de portes abîmées, absence de décoration (La chambre est d’une tristesse !), propreté douteuse … Concernant le restaurant, rien d’exceptionnel: le repas a été décevant (viande dure). Le rapport/qualité prix n’y est pas ni sur l’hôtel ni sur le restaurant ! Cet établissement est Extrêmement cher pour le service rendu. Nous ne comprenons pas les 4 étoiles. Nous ne renouvellerons pas l’expérience chez novotel.

Très bon emplacement, personnel au top, chambres propres. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel : satisfaits du service et de la qualité du produit. Petit déjeuner copieux (18€ reste plutôt cher) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
