⚠️ Attention squatteur ! ( Chambre 11) Chambre occupée par un homme a notre arrivée, il était environ 1h du matin.. nous avons essayé de contacter l'hôtel au pied de la porte de notre chambre car impossible d'y rentrer maiiiis n'ont jamais répondu... Bref l'homme qui dormait dans le lit a fini par sortir, sans gène, en faisant mine de téléphoner... avons pu essayer de dormir avec notre bb quelques heures d'un oeil 🤨🧐.. ne parlons pas de la couette tachetée de sang ! nous n'avons pas pu nous plaindre a l'accueil car sommes repartis très tôt .. bref, faite attention ! 😑😡

This young woman, despite all the difficulties that presented herself to her, showed great professionalism by keeping calm and giving a lot to make the stay pleasant. Imagine: reception, receiving customers, handling telephone calls, preparing dishes with what was available in the kitchens "without a cook", serving dishes, cleaning, securing the premises and checking the rooms, laundry broken down and back and forth ne city, in addition to everything else to do, so that customers can have at their disposal the minimum amount of clean towels, adequate for their stay. Dealing with the annoyance of certain customers while remaining attentive to them, etc. Really, bravo Madam for your courage, your calm and your perseverance, because we must admit, you have strong nerves. Room corresponding to our choice, clean, pleasant and a very pleasant welcome. I had read very negative comments which do not correspond to our opinion. We have experienced Campanile several times and have never been disappointed.

All my compliments to the manager I suppose, unfortunately not at all reassuring with all the people from the east in the parking lot who caused no problem but I prefer to avoid the same situation

We had to "stay" three rooms before finding one that had a working air conditioning and a TV in working order. However, the staff was willing and able to overcome these inconveniences.
