Breakfast and Facilities: Breakfast is consistently praised for its variety, quality, and availability of both sweet and savory options. The bar area is highlighted for its stylish ambiance, excellent cocktails, and live music, though some guests mention noise levels during evenings.

Be aware hotel has a lot of problems and management don't care. First night our shower leaked drain was blocked so leaked all over the bathroom. Hotel sorted next day. Rooms are very small and very noisy. Outside noise from neighbouring bars keeps you awake. We could even hear the people in the room next door snooring at night. But the worst thing was at 10pm we had a couple walk into our room after my wife came out the shower. The hotel had made them keys to our room. I went strait to reception the receptionist who is also apparently the manager denied this and I was told nothing she could do and to go away she doesn't care. (I have this all on video) then the couple who had been given keys to our room came to reception to complain and the receptionist still wouldn't apologise and admit she had given them a key to our room. Again this is all on video and the video even shows them handing over the room key cards with our room number on. I understand that human error is something that can easily happen but an apology should have been given and an easy solution would have been to cancel all cards to our room and re issue us with new ones we didn't feel safe at all after this. Instead of an apology and fixing the problem I get told nothing she can do and go away she doesn't care. Receptionist was so rude even shouting at me. I have travelled all over the world and have never experienced such horrific customer service. If anyone would like to see the way this hotel treats its guests when the hotel has made a mistake send me a message and I will happily send you the video. Breakfast is also very basic and items often run out even minutes after opening. We have stayed in Sauze 7 times now and I would recommend you look at staying at another hotel and stay well away from Avalanche. In response to the hotels comments. As I have already stated I have this complaint all on video which shows I never swore once and I was the victim of abuse by the receptionist. She was the one shouting instead of trying to solve the problem she had created. The fact she stated to me she doesn't care and there is nothing she can do is so wrong. All she had to do was apologise for making a mistake and create new cards to our room and deactivate any other cards so we could feel safe. Instead she does nothing. As for not publishing the video as higher management you should be asking for a copy so you can see the disgusting behaviour and attitude of your staff. This is exactly why I made a video of the way your receptionist went on so I have evidence rather than yourselves trying to say I am in the wrong. I have already complained to our tour operator about the hotel and will be taking this further. Again this is why I have a video as our tour operator have asked for a copy and they will be getting a copy sent to them. If you didn't have anything to hide you wouldn't mind this. I really hope your receptionist can get the help she needs perhaps anger management would be benefic

What an amazing hotel …… Location is a stones throw from the Clotes ski ⛷️ chair lift, a 2 minute walk into the heart of Sauze. The bedrooms are furnished to a very high, authentic style fitting to the environment. The newly constructed bar area is a great place to relax and drink …..the whole hotel is amazing Totally recommend to anyone
