The hotel was centrally located where we could walk to all the surrounding historic sites and on a nice, quiet street. It had 5 free parking spots outside of the hotel or you can park in the LIberty St. ramp 1/2 block away that only costs $2 between 5 pm and 5 am. The 2 queen bed room was clean, very spacious with a nice couch, had a rainfall shower, had a microwave and fridge, and a view of the bridge/river out the window. We were appreciative of the complimentary apples and oranges. The only negative we have is that it could have had brighter lighting inside the room for reading purposes, and that it would have been nice to have a night light for getting to the bathroom during the night.

This store is very new and clean. The front desk staff is friendly. There are horse-drawn carriages carrying tourists passing by on the street not far away. I was surprised and happy. I feel relieved to stay in this store. Thank you Ctrip! Ctrip is the only choice!

Ricky Ricardo, the valet, made our trip worthwhile by telling us about two wonderful restaurants. One for dinner at Crystal Beer Parlor for dinner and Clary’s for breakfast! He was helpful in every way.

Great stay overall, but the valet service really stood out. Ricky Ricardo was awesome—super friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make things easy for us. He made arriving and leaving stress-free and always had a smile on his face! Definitely appreciated his exceptional service!
