Excellent stay, loved the beds, the cleanliness of the room, the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom was a favorite of our kids! We all loved this hotel!!!

There was nobody soap in the bathroom when I called the front desk she said she cannot bring me any because she was by herself when I went down to get it she gave me shampoo. Very disorganized.

The property and rooms were unique and different then a typical hotel which was nice. We checked in and everything was fine. The next day they didn't clean our room. When I called the front desk they were unapologetic. and didn't care and only offered to replace our towels which never did come. We tried to make a convenient for the maid but putting our towels together on the ground as we do when we stay in hotels so they're not scattered around so we had to pick him up off the ground and reuse them. Let me checked out I reminded them again about their lack of cleaning the room when they asked how our state was. They were getting not very apologetic or concerned. Really crummy service and disappointing on multiple levels. I paid for a room with the promise and understanding that it would be cleaned as part of our mutual agreement. I paid for something I did not get and that does not sit well with me.

I didn't get to enjoy the most likely convenience of parking gargage across the street & walking to dinner because of heavy rains. My visit was too short in-between a training I attended. My room was very nice & the valet service was very friendly & quick.
