Was not clean when I walked in. They did not change towels or anything but on a second night, a staff tried to come into my room knocking without saying anything at 0845. Very strange, she walked away as soon as she noticed I was still in a room.
Breakfast was ok. 24 hr coffee and tea station. Ice machine broken.

Property is near shopping and dining. I’ve stayed nearby before but this was my first time at this hotel property. Chose for the brand but was disappointed. Shower was a little grimy and television would not turn on. There was a man laying across a lobby bench when I checked in. Staff at check in was very friendly. Staff at checkout was indifferent and nonchalant when told about the television not working. Won’t stay here again.
