My friends and I stayed at Perry Lane for my best friend’s wedding. Apart from being a gorgeous venue the thing that stood out to me most was the amazing staff. We were always greeted with a smile and our questions were handled with attention and care. In particular the hotel driver Pops helped us out when we were in a pinch a couple of times over the weekend. Not having to wait to call a car service was a huge relief and Pops was a joy to be around. Thank you to everyone at Perry Lane who made this weekend unforgettable.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location for walking to all the sites in the historic district the only negative of note is that the room had quite minimal draw space. All else is top notch. Staff is very friendly. Pops, the driver was really a very informative and personal tour guide . Julian and Jack at the lobby were very good as was Caitlin who worked the pool area. All in all this was one of our best vacations

The most incredible stay, from the valet to the rooftop pool. Tyler, Richard, Austin, and Sam and peregrin were incredible host, so knowledgeable about both the menu and Savannah reccomendations. Came last June, have come back because of them this April and will be sure to return again in the future.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Perfect location, beautiful rooms, outstanding beds and amazing bath products and honestly the best food in every venue. All the amenities others have mentioned are so special. Cold water, champagne always available. BUT….. What really shine are the employees. All are vibrant, friendly and outgoing. I have never met such a great staff in any hotel. It’s as if they were all handpicked. We adored the barista, the bell boys/valet. And of course our most favorite Chris and Pops. They are warm, efficient, and the epitome of Savannah hospitality. We have stayed in many beautiful hotels around the World. I would put Perry Lane in my top 3.

My husband, myself, and our friend stayed several nights at the Perry Lane Hotel with our Tauck group. The rooms were nice, the rooftop was comfortable and the view was great. I would be remiss to not mention the outstanding and welcoming staff. The reception desk was great, but the parking people were outstanding. I must name: Thomas, Jack, and Chris for making our stay so delightful. These guys were helpful, friendly, and just enjoyable to talk to. Thank you Perry Lane Hotel Staff.!

The staff is by far the most professional and genuine than we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by front desk staff Itu and Juto who made us feel immediately welcome to meeting with Randy and Kyli at the Concierge Desk, we knew this vacation was going to be memorable. They helped plan tours and offered excellent advice regarding dining experiences. The house car drivers, Kameron, who was interested in offering information about Savannah and his personal experiences and Steve, who assured us that our return trip would be prompt, the attention was heartwarming. Dana, who kept the common space around the entrance as clean as a whistle, was a joy to chat with. Realizing this recognizes more than a few hotel personnel, it is important to understand what a wonderful staff is waiting to make your trip special.

Wonderful hotel and staff - a must if in Savannah - Enjoyed the hotel so much that we extended our stay - we were celebrating our 50th Wedding anniversary and had travelled from the UK Nothing was too much trouble - would recommend a king corner room on the 5th Floor - only downside was that the swimming pool on the roof is very small - not able to swim lengths - rooftop bar is wonderful for drinks and snacks - a big thank to Elise and her staff for helping to make this a special visit
