Pros: close to historic district, nice walk. Felt pretty safe. Easy check in and check out, beds are most comfortable we’ve slept in while staying in a Hilton. Quiet, shower is nice, hot water. Safe parking garage located directly behind hotel. Close to hop on hop off trolleys. Concierge on site. Elevators fast. Cons: hotel is very dated. Needs an uplift please! Evening reception was disappointing. The first night we stood in line at the bar, 1 bartender while 3 employees and a manager stood off and watched. It took so long we left and walked to the City Market for drinks and dinner, never went back to the evening reception while there. Breakfast is mediocre at best.

My line sisters and I booked the Embassy Suites at 605 West Oglethorpe, and it was the best decision we made. We celebrated 50 years of being a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and Ben and Blue made our visit a time to remember. They were very nice and made us feel special. If you are looking for a place with supreme Southern hospitality. Book your next trip at the Embassy Suites at 605 West Oglethorpe and ask for Ben and Blue.

Typical very nice Embassy Suite. Main objection was paying extra for self parking (many empty spaces existed) and no clocks in room. Complementary breakfast and evening cocktails were great.
