Called for like a good hour and the phone just rang and rang. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Thankfully when I finally managed to arrive someone was at the front desk.

This hotel is conveniently located away from most of the traffic in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a good place to relax. It seems to be more popular for business people that want to rest. The chef makes delicious pancakes. Other breakfast and evening items are available. Highly recommend for the traveler that wants to relax.

Oliver, at the front desk, helped us get booked into a room after having a very negative and frightening experience at a downtown hotel. He ensured we had a safe room, was patient and kind, and assisted us in our time of need. Super nice, guy. He helped turn our bad situation into a great experience. Stayed at this property for local business trip. I stay at both Hilton and Marriott hotels which at work near airport every month. This property is surprisingly still a Hilton flag. The hotel is at least 20 years outdated. It’s like going back to the 1990s. Nothing has been changed or upgraded . Because if it’s location it stays busy in-spite if it’s condition. Probably the reason the corporate owner has not made changes. However, there are several positives. They have a good exercise facility and have an on property small restaurant.

Room and bathroom was very clean! Front desk was very friendly and kind! Parking lot was very clean. Will continue to visit this establishment when visiting the area. recommend others to visit when they are in the area and need a good place to stay.
