Courtyard Savannah Downtown/Historic District

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to sights very pleased with hotel. Excellent nights,sleep. Very friendly staff.

We requested a room that was quiet with a view but was put in a front road facing view that had absolutely terrible road noise, we did not rest for the entire trip, it was bad!

Horrific! Do not stay here! We spent 300 for a suite. Door would not shut, locks on doors did not work. Roach in bathroom. Smelled like bug spray in bedroom. Looked like someone wiped their butt on comforter. A/c didn’t work well. Absolutely disgusting! Checked out after being there 12 hours the kid who checked us out didn’t give a crap about our complaints!

The staff was friendly, especially the valet driver Mell who answered my questions and made great suggestions as a local. The view was meh, the room more meh with towels and linen appearing a bit dingy.

Courtyard Marriott for Saint Paddy‘s Day parade. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming. Especially Dwight Bivins and Ms. Harding. Room was ready immediately. Mr. Jamaica and others in the restaurant were amazing. Food was fantastic. Rooms are clean along with the entire hotel. Prices were reasonable. Great location.

Everything was wonderful! ALL the service people were the kindest, best service. All the workers were awesome, especially Dwight Bivins. My husband and myself had such a beautiful conversations with him. Would definitely stay there again. Xavier the bar tender was awesome also. Had great conversations with him too. Pretty sure that anyone who had time to chat with us, it would have been a good conversation.

The hotel rooms were nice. The beds are comfortable. The pool is clean with good water temperature. The indoor lounging area has comfortable seating options with live sports games we enjoyed watching. The outdoor relaxing area had quality chairs that were good for the large group we were traveling with. But the best thing by far about this hotel were the people that worked there. They were all super kind. I just feel like the people who worked at the hotel surrounded us with good vibes and a great attitude. We really appreciated them. Huge shout out Shamar, DeAsia and DAshai.

More than adequate hotel near downtown Savannah. Stayed with friends and we found it easy to walk even all the way to the riverfront. Friendliest staff with excellent customer service, including the valet attendant. Cold ice water always in the lobby. The pool needed a bit of a clean due to pollen, otherwise our rooms were spotless. Housekeeping services the room each day and restocks towels, replenishes k-cups, creamer, and makes the bed. We enjoyed our 3 nights here very much!
