I booked this hotel based on the rating and being close the airport. What a let down. Room 223 furniture is worn, stained. Found stains on bed sheet. No vent fan in bathroom. Ceiling damage has been poorly spackled over and not repainted. Metal lamps are rusting…

Great Hotel. The staff was fantastic. They offer a shuttle service to Tanger outlets so husbands can relax at the hotel and wives can enjoy shopping. They also offer a restaurant next to the lobby with delicious food. Pool chairs are very comfortable.

Worst customer service. The people who work in this hotel don’t have any idea what is like working for a hotel. They don’t even know how to smile. The people in the front desk are always busy chatting among themselves. They don’t greet guests who are going in and out of the hotel. This location near Savannah Airport has other hotels. Go somewhere else.

Large rooms comfortable beds. Good food in the in house restaurant. This hotel has plenty of space around if you are traveling with dogs.

We moved to three rooms. Shades broken down don’t work in any of the rooms. The staff were more worried about vacation time than the customer. The exterior and interior beat up wallpaper pealing. First time in a Hilton Gardens and last time I would stay.
