The hotel was perfect for the short stay I had scheduled in Savannah. Due to having very early flights, I chose to stay close to the airport. The Fairfield is close to several restaurants and other businesses a traveler might find useful (Walmart, pharmacies etc) The room was clean and comfortable. The mobile check- in feature went smoothly. It allowed me to avoid the line at the front desk. I simply showed my ID and was handed my keys. The free breakfast was good and offered a few more choices than most other similar hotels. The shuttle ran on time and overall this hotel provided me with a pleasant stay. The only issue I had was the hotel Wi-Fi was down for more than a day. Things happen. It wasn’t the end of the world.

Always friendly, comfortable, clean & yummy breakfast! I’ve been here a couple of times on business & love the convenient location & friendly staff. I look forward to future stays here in the future. The bed is super comfy & love the cleanliness of the shower setup.

Last week we only stayed a night and were very impressed with the staff! Specifically, Mario from breakfast, Jasmine C and Shaniquea at the front desk and Kadrina. They were super friendly and more than helpful! Bob and I were very fortunate to have them tale care of us on brief stay.

I liked this hotel because it was reasonable priced, clean and comfortable. It was easy to check in. Breakfast was decent: eggs omelet, sausage, bacon, waffle, a few types of bread, cereal. All self-served, regular Fairfield experience. It's 20 minutes from downtown.

The room was ready for our occupancy. The temperature was very comfortable. Therer were no loud noises to interrupt our sleep. Breakfast was great and very relaxing. Location was good for our return drive from Palm Beach, FL. Have stayed there before and will again.

Upon checking in we needed a very early airport shuttle to make a 6:30 AM flight. The check in person. said the earliest shuttle was 5:00 AM which was fine. I reserved the shuttle for 5:00 AM in person. The next morning I went down at 4:30 AM to the front desk looking for a cart fo rmy luggage (which there was none) and checked on the shuttle. No shuttle was reserved. The person at the desk asked if I got a confirmation number. I said we spoke about the shuttle at length and she never mentioned a confirmation number. The morning of my flight she made arrangements for the shuttle. I was not pleased with the unexpected predicament we were placed in.

Room was clean and comfortable everything was working properly. Associate at the front desk was friendly but didn't offer me any of my Platinum Elite benefits. Hotel was very convenient to the Savanah airport and the shuttle to the airport was available at 5:30am on time.

We loved Savannah! Great historical place to visit. Easy to get around, lots to see and places to eat. We did the hop on hop off bus that dropped you and picked you up at most site seeing spots. Make sure you wear comfy walking shoes. Great southern hospitality.

The facility overall is immaculate. The beds, pillows and rooms are so comfy and clean. Everything is in its place and attended to. The team is super friendly and attentive. Even down to checking if the temperature of the hot water was hot enough when the front desk representative saw me making a hot tea after a long day. They made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again!!
