My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the Alida. Before the trip she was complaining about not staying at the JW. After the trip she stated that she would like to stay at the Alida again, next time ! Upon arrival with the Valet… Mr Grant and Ms Storey , their welcome and courtesy helped to make or trip enjoyable ! Please take care of the Valet and Bell personnel. Thank you Alida ! We’ll be back. I left money and documents in the room safe. When I contacted the Alida, Jordan immediately retrieved my property and arranged for it to be sent to me. Jordan helped track the package and also celebrated its arrival with me. Jordan went above and beyond in solving a problem that I created.

From The Modern Esthetics, Courteous Customer Service, Spacious Guest Rooms, Delicious On-Site Dining, The Alida Is Simply Amazing. A Few Notable Charms Of This Establishment Are The Close Proximity To The River Front, The Abundant And Vibrant Nightlife, The Ecclectic Savannah Streets And Sounds. I Have To Take A Moment To Acknowledge Two Outstanding Hotel Guest Representatives With Ms. Jordan, A Front Desk Representative, And Ms. Jessica, Hotel Events & Banquets Coordinator. These Two Women Went Above And Beyond Exceptional Customer Service. All Of The Guests Associated With Our Wedding Weekend Events, Absolutely Loved The Service And Care That These Women Provided. Excellent Guest Service Can Not Be Taught But It Can Be Shared And These Remarkable Women Share Is Consistently With Beauty, Grace, And A Patient Elegance Given Their Many Hotel Duties And Responsibilities. Our recent stay at Alida Savannah was a delightful pit stop on our drive back from Florida. Alex at the front desk not only checked us in but also efficiently handled our check-out the next day. She's truly exceptional—anticipating our needs even before we realized them ourselves! The room at Alida Savannah was spot-on! Those two king beds were super comfortable. The shower water pressure—it was just right, like a mini waterfall spa experience! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return for another visit.

Great hotel and rooftop bar. Staff very professional and friendly. Easy walk from hotel to riverside restaurants and the central downtown district. Local parks (squares) are easy walking distance. My wife and I have stayed here multiple times.

This is our go-to in Savannah, and honestly one of the best Marriott hotels we've ever stayed in. It's a one-of-a-kind hotel with all of the typical Marriott amenities. We are Marriott Platinum members and the perks at this hotel are excellent, including free breakfast at Rhett, which is a great restaurant (up to a ~$150 value if you have kids with you). There is also free champagne daily at the font desk, water stations and pellet ice on every floor, and bikes available for free rental. The location is perfect, right across from the Plant River District. We've stayed in the Two King Room with the kids, which is a beautiful room with a great seat at the window. Most recently we went without the kids and were able to secure the Penthouse Suite for a reasonable rate on the day of check-in as it was still available. The room is unbelievable and includes a rooftop terrace with a fire pit. Service is top-notch, especially at the front desk. I'd choose this over the JW given the slightly cheaper rate and more relaxing environment (JW upstairs and downstairs bars get pretty rowdy at night, while the Alida is much more quiet). Overall a great experience, if I could give it six stars I would.
