Was really comfortable

Perfect spot to rest your head after spending the day in the historic district- it’s quiet, clean and beautiful. A quick walk to the riverfront and a fantastic view of the ships coming through on the river.

Alexandra at the front desk is superb and very accomodating. We had a great stay. Staff at Blue Restaurant were wonderful and attentive. Overall highly recommended..one minus is the pool, needs a good makeover. Sorry there was not a separate smoking area for my cigars...

Our only negative is paying $40 for parking. The property is great.

I booked the room about a week prior to the stay. It was for st Patrick’s day weekend in Savannah and was quite expensive. We had the room booked for Friday and Saturday night. Friday morning I received a message saying my card was charged for the amount of the stay. Friday afternoon I had a family issue come up and we didn’t leave until Saturday. I get to the hotel Saturday and my room was canceled and nowhere in Savannah to stay. I spoke politely to the manager and she said I could have called. My card had been charged for the stay and I thought I would have been charged for the night anyway. I ended up being charged for the one night and had nowhere to stay. I thought this was a crappie way to handle this. I don’t travel a ton and was not aware of the fine print.They had my information and could have called me as well.

Convenient

Anthony, the front desk manager was incredible. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back. Spacious rooms, great views, and fantastic customer service! Anthony really took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed and more. I understand Anthony was a new employee, but he solved our need to prepay. We had a crisis situation due to cameras in an Air BNB and he really stepped up to help us, where others couldn’t. He made us feel welcome and took extra time at the end of his shift. Can’t say enough good things about him!

The best part of my Hotel experience was the breakfast dining. Last week my breakfast was a highlighted because the Hotel Director was assisting the breakfast crew. He came to my table and inquire of my experience and when I informed him and also mentioned I was a military Veteran he actually shared my hand and thanked me for my service. Today, 16 June 2024, I am back once again. I like to highlight two super Stars in outstanding customer services that was provided to me and my fiancée today. Mr. Abh’who is s supervisor at entrance, his superior skills are his outstanding professionalism and kind mannerism and special talent of making you feel special and at home.the atmosphere they creates are intoxicating. The second superstar is Ms. Keisha who is an energizing bunny with outstanding customer services skills. She is able to makes the meanest customer wilt under great character and kindness. Secondly, she never stops moving at the speed of light and all the time with a smile. She is exceedingly patience and gives her all. Each time I come, I always make sure she serves me. My first time I was dined there, she was not my server, but I listened as another customer called the manager and expressed how great an employee she was, so upon me hearing this, I made sure to have her on my next visit and its just been outstanding ever since. Should anyone reading this, please check them out and confirm all that is written here by myself. But not only that, the river-view is pristine and so conducive to peace and serenity.
