My first set of keys didn't work after check-in so I had to return to the lobby with luggage in tow. I was given new keys, went back upstairs, and opened the door INTO AN OCCUPIED ROOM. I went back downstairs again, quite unhappy, and was surprised at the assistant manager's unconcerned attitude about the situation. Simply, "Oh, we'll get you another room..." as if it was no big deal. It then took an additional 30 minutes for them to find a vacant room to check me in to. Third attempt was successful. Didn't see a single nametag on any staff members during my two-night visit in January. Hotel was not in great shape, with the walls, doors, and furniture showing signs of much wear and tear. I think the pic on my room door below gives an idea of the general condition of the hotel. The manager's reception food was sad. Skip it. Hotel appears to be understaffed (only one person working the front desk during a busy check-in, 25-minute wait for an omelet at 7:30am breakfast). TLDR; Do Not Recommend!
