My recent stay at this hotel was unequivocally the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the onset, the room I was assigned was in a deplorable state; it was not just unclean but neglected, with visible dirt and grime. But the true ordeal began with the air conditioning unit, which was not only excessively loud but also, literally, falling off the wall. This mechanical cacophony necessitated an abrupt room change at 3am. The problems didn’t end there. The following morning, I discovered I had been charged twice for a single breakfast. When I brought this issue to the manager’s attention, expecting a straightforward resolution, I was met with an outright refusal to remove the erroneous charge. To add insult to injury, upon checkout, I was blindsided by 160 dollars of additional fees that were neither disclosed beforehand nor approved by me. Throughout this entire debacle, the staff’s demeanor far from the professionalism and warmth one might expect, their attitudes ranged from indifferent to uncaring, and at times, even aggressive and intimidating. This treatment not only exacerbated the situation but left me feeling unsafe and scammed. I thought I was paying for a safe comfortable room to get a good nights sleep, and my experience was the farthest from that I have ever experienced in my life. Given the stark contrast between my experience and the plethora of positive reviews online, I can’t help but question the authenticity of those accolades. It is difficult to imagine that my stay was an isolated incident when the issues I faced spanned various aspects of basic hospitality and customer service. This experience has not only soured my view of this establishment but has also left me wary of its purported reputation.
