Hotel was surrounded by good eating places and great access to highway..You could not beat this hotel for excellent staff and customer service.

This was the second time at the hotel. First visit was great during summer of 2023. This visit the heat did not work, curtain was hanging off rod, tub was dirty, TV was small, bed was hard, outside the door there was a dirt pile as if someone missed the can while emptying a vacuum bag. We left at 4 am just to be in the car to get warm. I stayed the previous night at another location in VA and it was perfect.

Disappointed. Could not believe this was a Marriott. Subpar compared to other Fairfield’s we have stayed. Old, tired, in great need of major renovation. Chipped resurfaced tub, uncomfortable mattresses with depressions, small rooms, dirt in corners and around sink, dim lighting. Surrounding area sketchy. Just a little farther north around Pooler (nicer area) you can find a variety of better choices. Never again here.

Had a smooth check in and comfortable stay while in Savannah for a soccer tournament. Front desk and the entire staff were friendly and would help with anything you needed. Breakfast was good for a quick bite and the kids enjoyed the waffles the most. Was a great stay.

Ebonee at the front desk is terrific. We arrived after a long day of driving, and after a misunderstanding about which Fairfield Inn we reserved. (N.B. There are 2 Fairfield Inns on Abercorn road in Savannah.) She expertly and kindly resolved the credit card issue after making several phone calls on our behalf. She went well beyond her normal duties, and certainly is an asset to the Fairfield Inn.
