DO NOT!!!!!! stay at this hotel, they have multiple guests living on the property. We checked into our room for a 2 night weekend stay at 330, upon entering the room we noticed one of the lamps did not have a light bulb, and then realized the plugs in the base were not working either, there was no place to throw your trash away as there was no trashcan in the room or in the bathroom. The bed is not a normal hotel bed and a cheap frame with a crappy mattress on top. When we left out room at 6 to make a 7 o’clock reservation we tried to check the door behind us to make sure our belongings would be secure, and the door opened right up, we tried to make sure the door would latch several times to make sure we weren’t doing something wrong. My fiancé went in the room closed the door and locked the dead bolt and as soon as I tried the handle the door opened easily. We went to the front desk to let them know and the associate told us that she was the only one there and would need to call her supervisor for instructions. A few minutes later they called our room and let us know that they would “try” to get maintenance to come back and take a look at it but weren’t sure went they would be there or if they could fix the issue, and that they were completely booked so we could stay in the room or we would need to find somewhere else to stay. We decided that we didn’t feel comfortable with the situation so decided to check out. When we went to let the desk clerk know and ask if we would get a full refund she said she wasn’t sure because it was after their 11am checkout time so we may be charged for the night. While she was calling her supervisor to ask her the procedure another hotel guest came in from the parking lot to let them know “that the crazy lady” was harassing people again, the clerk knew the crazy lady by name and said she ahould move along shortly. Another guest called to ask about the wifi and was told “it’s been down since this afternoon and their not sure when they’ll fix it” I would think when checking in that we would have been told that the wifi was down but the issue was being addressed. I am very disappointed that spending $300+ for a weekend getaway and this was the level of service from this place
