The Bluff Savannah Historic, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The hotel is clean but I had to ask almost every day for my room to be serviced. The bed was comfortable. The trolley car was extremely convenient for us to travel into town. The trolley car drivers are very reliable. The receptionist, Megan at the front desk was polite, helpful and professional.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant staff was very friendly and engaging. The food was prepared well.

Hotel is beautiful. Accommodations superb. Location is a bit off the track but Wil and the shuttle service make up for it

Loved everything about it except the parking for 25.00 and the breakfast you have to pay for, other than that it’s a very nice and luxurious feel.

Even though this hotel was at the start (or end depending on perspective) it was a very convenient location. A huge plus was the shuttle that took you to four different locations and picked you up from those same locations to save you from a lot of walking (you still do a LOT of walking), but it really was convenient to be able to call the shuttle. The hotel itself it’s very clean, the rooms were very comfortable and a nice size. The hotel bar had a really nice atmosphere. The bartender will very friendly and made a really good old-fashion. The price for my one night stay, even with the charge for parking , was still very reasonable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

BED BUGS!!!!!!! ​I was at the Bluff from 12 to 15 of March and I am appalled. I woke up with 7 distinct bites on my neck and legs. Despite the physical evidence, management has been incredibly dismissive and rude. ​I had fresh welts across my body. When I reported this, staff (Ebony) tried to claim they were just "old scars." This is incredibly insulting—I know my own body, and these appeared overnight. ​My travel companion is a former professional exterminator and confirmed the signs in the room point to bed bugs. Management completely ignored this expert opinion. ​A man and a woman came to "inspect" the bed but never identified themselves or their titles. I was later told "Josh" (the manager) looked at the room, but he never actually spoke to me or showed me a professional inspection report. They refused to move us to a different room or provide any viable solution. They were rude and dismissive of a serious health concern that could lead to me bringing an infestation back to my home. This hotel has a major hygiene problem and even worse customer service. They do not care about guest safety and will gaslight you rather than help. Save yourself the bites and the stress—stay somewhere else.
