Staff were exceptional--everyone from front desk staff to the bartender and breakfast staff. All very nice and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and had what we needed. They don't have a gym on site but have a relationship with a local gym for hotel guests (if that matters to you). We were able to walk into the downtown area and felt safe doing so (about .5 miles from our hotel) but they also offer a shuttle with a very lovely driver who took great care of us! I would recommend this hotel if staying in Savannah.

Beautiful restoration of a previous property. Loved the historic district. Some food options in the hotel would be good! I had a great time staying at this hotel. Manager and staff were amazing and I loved the hospitality! The two servers for breakfast were great. I did not catch there names. But very nice

Visited here on a short weekend trip to visit my SCAD student. Accommodations were fantastic and a very clean and minimalistic boutique hotel. Mike was a fantastic front desk host in checking in and providing us with a courtesy upgrade due to early arrival. However, the deduction of 1 star is due to the breakfast buffet. The staffing was terrible with only 1 hostess attempting to do triple duty in checking-in guests to seat, while also assisting in the kitchen, and at the omelet station. Due to the lack of staffing, the breakfast bar was very low on much of the items (i.e. grits, O.J. etc) and utensils were dirty. To spend $16 per person for this breakfast experience was not worth it at all. I am considering to contest this with Hilton for a refund. Otherwise, The Bluff is a great stay just steer clear of the breakfast buffet.

Loved the hotel very modern. Very clean. The beds we're so comfortable. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Perfect location to historic downtown Savannah.

The interior furnishings were nice and the room (king bed) was well apportioned, roomy and comfortable. The location isn’t great, appears to be across the road from public housing, but we didn’t have any issues, as we walked back to the hotel after dark and the next morning as well. Found it unusual that the front desk wasn’t familiar with the shuttle to enmark arena?? Also, free coffee in the lobby in the morning would have been a nice and convenient touch, but wasn’t offered. Parking was convenient, but cost $25, which we were aware of. Looks like parking could be in short supply if the hotel was fully booked. We choose this hotel because it was relatively close to enmark arena, however, had we known about the shuttle that picks up near the civic center we would have chosen a hotel near that area, as attending an event at enmark was the main reason for our visit.

Great hotel and location. This hotel is away from all the traffic of downtown but yet in walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel lobby is small but very nice. Great high ceiling on the first floor. I did not have the breakfast, but it looked great.

We had a leak in the bathroom and it wasn't a little leak...it was a major leak. When got out of the shower, water was EVERYWHERE!! I brought it to the housekeeping individual and she stated that she was aware of the leak and doesn't understand why it hasn't been fixed and why they keep renting that room out. The water covered the entire bathroom floor and went out into the foyer. It was a very dangerous situation. They provided us with more towels but the issue was corrected.

My daughter lives right next door at the Hue, so I stay here when I'm in Savannah. Maybe 5 or 6 times in the last few years. Always welcoming, and great bar staff. Maybe not the most convenient to the historic area, but certainly not too far either.
