Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Savannah Airport, GA

We had a horrific one-night stay here due to the extremely loud people in the adjoining room next to us. We were unable to sleep at ALL and respectfully request a refund. The hotel should not be renting out adjoining rooms unless it’s to groups of people who are traveling together/families. There was a HUGE crack (gap) between our doors and as result there was no privacy or quiet whatsoever. Our “neighboors” were yelling, playing extremely loud TV until about 5:00am and had no sense of courtesy whatsoever. After trying to sleep for hours with no success, we called the front desk and asked them to make a courtesy call. While we believe the front desk person did the best they could considering the situation (she knocked on their door and tried to call them), they did not respond and kept their loud, obnoxious behavior  going. The hotel needs to much better sound proof their walls and ensure privacy between adjoining rooms ESPECIALLY when they are strangers. We had never experienced anything like this in any hotel ever. Respectfully ask for a refund — we would have been better off staying at the airport for the evening.

Stayed here on our way to NJ. It was easy to find...right off of I-95. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. They offered a nice selection of breakfast food. We would stay here again.

Took forever to get hot water, shower door wouldn’t stay closed, tv didn’t work and elevator shook and vibrated when we used it.

The room was fine. I was staying only to get to sleep early and for the shuttle to the airport for my early flight. Twice I confirmed the 4 am wakeup and 4:15 airport shuttle. The room was next to the gym and it sounded like construction going on late into the night so no sleeping, no wakeup call and at 4:15 am I was told the shuttle was not available for airport transportation. I only live 40 minutes away and the reasons for my stay were all a no go. Very disappointing

EVERYTHING WAS OK. STAFF WAS POLITE AND HELPFULL. NOTHING SPECIAL NOTHING BAD HEATING DID NOT KEEP ME AS WARM AS I WANTED????

the room was great the staff was wonderful.. The pool was not heated and the hot tub was being filled with cold water.. I booked this hotel because they had a hot tub and pool inside. So I was very disappointed that it was not working as advertised.

The door to my room had a gap in it - odd that something like that would be there. Front desk was only person on property at 8:30 at night. Had no towels in my room and she had no one to bring them to me as she was checking in customers. No water pressure in shower and hit wasn’t all that hot. Not gonna recommend this location nor will I stay there again
