It wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly good either.
The location is good, close to river street
It was close to downtown Market City, so it was good to eat and do something.

I made reservations then called the hotel to Badger sure they had them.”Lady A” answered the phone, she was just as polite on the phone as she was in person, she checked us in upon our arrival.
We had a leak in the bathroom that was wetting the carpet, informed David at the front desk he immediately phoned Zach in house services and within minutes he was at our door. Zach observed what was happening and immediately moved us to another room, and provided us with complimentary parking which was a huge plus.
The hotel is close to the square and the riverfront which we enjoyed the proximity of everything. Only used our car to go to Walmart and The Outlets. Will definitely visit again, Customer service was A1.

The overall experience of living is fine. But the condition of bathroom is kind of disgusting. The dark, damp air and sticky floors make me feel uncomfortable.

It was just in the outskirts of the historic district, so the location lending to a little more sketchiness on the outside. We made sure to leave nothing in the car. Once in the hotel we felt completely safe and secure. The hotel room was well used… they. Phoebe cleaned the bathroom better. The pool was a gross color. But for the price we were able to walk to all of the historic places in Savannah we wanted to, as well as get a good nights sleep and a good breakfast in the morning. Overall if I can back to Savannah I’d probably opt to pay more to stay somewhere nicer, but this fit the bill for the time being.

The location is good and the staff was great. Unfortunately, the room left a lot to be desired. Fortunately, the bed was very comfortable. Otherwise, it was poorly furnished and equipped. The refrigerator was under the desk. The bathroom faucet had a small stream of water under very high pressure, so it was difficult to wash your hands without splashing a lot of water, and the vanity was tiny with no storage space. There is no vent fan in the bathroom. There was one trash can with no liner. (Doesn't seem very sanitary.) There was no nightstand on one side of the bed. The room did not feel clean. The ice bucket had no lid. Drawer space was very limited. The toilet did not flush well. There were no glasses in the room, although we did get some from the front desk. There was insufficient space to place things like sunglasses, phones, wallets, etc.

It was ok but not deserving of he higher price level hotels. The room was very average, basic, and the parking situation was horrible. You can pay $45 for valet daily or next door in a public lot, shared with the valet for a restaurant next door, for $35 overnight. If you leave there is no guarantee you will get a spot because alot of night-life people park there cars in the lot.

The hotel did not honor the rates from my ******* reservation. Was charged nearly $200 dollars more than the ******* reservation total estimate (which included taxes). Tried to dispute this with the hotel manager and they just said "talk to *******" not our problem, our rates are our rates" Breakfast was subpar in quality by the way.
