Good service clean rooms nice workers good breakfast

Not bad, older feel but some updates from the Comfort Inn to the Spark by Hilton. Breakfast was only Coffee, OJ, Yogurt, Bagels, and Muffins. Good thing there was a Chick-Fil-A around the corner. Coffee was hot even at 6PM check-in. I would stay again when visiting Savannah.

Super great, budget-friendly hotel! Excellent stay experience, clean & hospitable (could use a little quicker airport shuttle, but hey ...) Fantasia at the Front Desk is AWESOME!!! She's super personable & professional, definitely puts the customer first!

Pros: staff is friendly. The mattress was nice and firm. Cons: the hotel is clean and dingy. They remodel some areas and the areas not remodeled was dingy. The hotel used to be comfort inn and suites. It’s not a brand new hotel just a patched up old hotel.

Hotel staff are exceptionally amazing people- Brendan, Nevada, Sha'ron and Pal the shuttle operator. From Nevada calling prior to our arrival, giving us an early room selection, Brendan recommending local restaurants, Sha'ron suggesting the shuttle service for us to go across to get a battery for our car which had died and Pal being gracious enough to wait for me as I purchased the battery so my husband could install it. They are a tremendous team!

There was construction going on and hallway were dirty

They were changing over to a Hilton that day, they were not ready for guests, remolding going on all over the whole hotel. Never should have been open to guests especially for the premium price they were charging! The manager said she would take care of us, but when I went down to check out nothing had been done and she wasn’t there. The manager on duty said she would comp our rooms, which is very nice but still waiting for my cc to be credited.

This hotel was like a war zone! I understand it is being remodeled, but guests should receive a nice discount for the having to deal with the noise, trash, terrible breakfast bar, etc.
