Elevator wasn’t working

The place was perfect! The only issue we had was the elevator was down a couple times, but I guess we should use the stairs! The AC did not work for 3 of the 4 days we were there, but I’m sure if I had called and told somebody they would have been right in it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

It was a good location. It's very loud with hallway traffic ext but the price and location are worth the tradeoff.

I loved the unique space - so much better than a standard hotel room.

Checking in is completely virtual and is easy. We had no problem finding the unit. You just have to read the pre-check in so you know what you’re doing. I reserved because my husband and I would be celebrating a friends birthday in that aera, and I knew we would not want to drive home. We live 40 minutes away. If that’s why you’re staying there, and you’re drunk when you go to bed, it will be perfect because you won’t care about the comfort of the bed Or the fact that the couch smelled like “bed-head.” You also would not have minded that the people above you, who, when walking back and forth, sounded like they were literally in your apartment walking back and forth. I did not read reviews because it was a last-minute decision to book, and I only remember seeing pictures of the kitchen, which is beautiful and updated. There is a night club next-door. Our friend plans cancelled, so we decided to make it a date night, but we went home a couple hours after we got there when we realized we wouldn’t be getting any sleep if we stayed. The traffic, etc on the street was beginning to get loud, so I can only imagine what it would’ve sounded like at 3 AM when the bars closed. Parking is advance paid online, a longer walk than I would have liked, and it was scary to leave my Navigator there, but the worst part is that when we first got there, there were zero parking spots in the garage and a lot of people driving around looking for spots. Perfect location if you’re there to party!

Shower didn’t work and very loud, couldn’t get a refund and had to leave

The staff was great my other half and I was at the wrong property and they sent someone to come get us immediately. I will be returning.

A nice stay. One can easily hear occupants in neighboring units. Recommended parking is several blocks away.
