I have had one of the best experiences in this resort. The location is perfect especially if you’re in Laos for visa run purposes. It’s about a 5 minutes drive to savhanaket embassy, about 10 minutes to the Mukdahan border. So for that purpose (Visa run), its location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they offer a free drop off to the border after checking out. Although there are no restaurants in close proximity to the resort, it has nice restaurants inside, a ****** and a few coffee shops. I would definitely book this place again. It’s clean, the rooms are big…definitely value for money.

Excellent experience whilst visiting the Thai Embassy. Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great place to relax with great food. Thank you to Otto and the team for making a stressful experience very pleasant, and for the extra help with transport, even a free shuttle bus across the border. I'd recommend to anyone looking to relax whilst waiting for their documents, and would definitely visit again 😊.

Service and restaurant was great! but the access is limited! you probably need to take taxi from the bus terminal!

Everything is good enough, but the bed is very hard, my back hurts a lot and I wake up. I don't think I'll come again.

***It was a casual place to hang out and was perfect for killing time. The breakfast selection was a little limited, but considering the price, I think it was reasonable.

Where did you come to Laos? Come stay here regularly, delicious food and convenient travel. There is a shuttle bus from the Thai side to the Lao side.

The room is large and very clean. The environment is considered a better hotel in Savannakhet

The bed is very hard, the food is ok, the location, the rooms are ok, there is a ******, but there is a kid zone, the staff provide excellent service.

It was the worst hotel I've visited. Starting from the check-in, staff doesn't know how to explain things around the hotel. Don't even know how to speak simple English, they will instantly call the manager to speak with us and inform us about everything. Everywhere smells cigarette smoke. Even in the room, it says no smoking but it smells like smoking. The bed wasn't the most comfortable bed ever and the bathroom was so dirty, it seemed like the staff didn't dare to clean it at all. When we called for room service to order 2 sets of french fries, they literally dropped the phone. It was very rude and we called again and started complaining about the rudeness of the staff. How come this hotel is a 5-star lol doesn't even look like it. Don't dare to stay here you'll just get frustrated.

This being Savannaketh, not exactly a tourist town, you need to manage your expection. We stay here for a night, the room are comfortable for the amount we paid. Foodwise need improvement, staff are very friendly and helpful. Do note this is more of a ****** than a hotel, and it is in a remote part of Laos, if you manage your expectation, you will enjoy staying there.

Worst services you can imagine, room was dirty and not same as the booking pictures, also staff did not care and ****** was closed due to renovation, we left the room and they also refused to refund out money, will never stay or advise that people mist stay at this dirty place.
