Belle ancien hotel , classiquement Alsacien jusque dans la cuisine... Manque du chauffage (v fin Avril on se pèle) . Pas grand chose à faire comme reproche , si le pain bof et le fromage triple bof sinon la cuisine ras

Bel hotel avec les parties communes bien décorées dans le style alsacien, bien situé près de la Gare et du centre ville Le personnel est aimable. Le petit dejeuner est un peu cher. J aurais aime y déguster des spécialités sucrées alsaciennes.

This hotel needs some better lighting in the corridors and a better decoration in the restaurants where bad taste-fake alsacian prevails. Also the rooms need better lighting and more plugs. No water bottles, no fridge, limited tv channels, aso.

La situación del hotel cerca de la estación de tren y del centro de la ciudad es ideal para poder disfrutar de todos los encantos de la ciudad de Saverne. El hotel es muy cómodo y acogedor. El personal es muy atento y amable y en cuanto a la limpieza es extraordinaria. Repetiremos sin duda alguna.

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast im Hotel Chez Jean und waren sehr zufrieden. Ein charmantes Hotel mit sehr persönlichen Mitarbeitern, man fühlt sich willkommen und wohl. Zimmer zur Straßenseite war sehr ruhig, Bad modern, Bett bequem. Das Auto parkte kostenlos hinter dem Hotel gelegenen, öffentlichen Parkplatz. Frühstück war bzgl der Produkte von hoher Qualität, selbstgemachte Marmelade - einfach gut. Wir haben Tagestouren mit der Bahn nach Strassburg, Metz und Nancy gemacht, ohne Umstieg und der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Saverne.

Un accueil très sympathique et professionnel, ma demande à été prise en considération par rapport à mon choix de la chambre et ma tranquillité vis à vis de ma situation professionnelle. Chambre bien présentée, lit fait avec professionnalisme, nuit agréable avec un très bon confort du matelas et des oreillers bien accueillants. Concernant la propreté, mes félicitations à l'ensemble du personnel de ménage, salle de bains et WC sont impeccables. POINTS NÉGATIFS : Frigo dans la chambre avec des boissons et petit sachet de cacahuètes mais aucun tarif n'est disponible dans la chambre 🤔. Attention à la surprise à la remise de la clé en sortant de l'hôtel. Et manque de prise de courant près du lit pour le portable ou le réveil du matin. Donc le pourquoi des 3 étoiles pour mon avis .
