Posto a dir poco magnifico e curatissimo nei minimi dettagli. Il personale è super professionale. Le addette alla reception ci hanno accolto con un sorriso smagliante, rispondendo in modo eccellente ad ogni nostra esigenza. Gli addetti alla sala hanno una cordialità fuori dal comune. La ciliegina sulla torta? IL CIBO. Qualità pazzesca e presentazione dei piatti molto elegante. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Area relax super pulita e curata. Che dire, posto perfetto per passare un perfetto weekend in compagnia del proprio partner.

Il locale è sicuramente molto bello, ristrutturato con gusto e raffinatezza, ma il ristorante è una enorme nota stonata. Appena seduti ci hanno portato pane e grissini durissimi e vecchi ed in parte già spezzatati da qualcuno perchè recuperati da altri tavoli, inconcepibile, poi arrivano i piatti scelti da noi freddi e presentati in un modo antico ed inusuale, il pesce adagiato su foglie di insalata, la pasta quasi crudo e condita con la panna... Qualità veramente molto bassa e servizio trascurato, un vero peccato per una location così bella. Non tornerò più sicuramente.

Un ancien monastère parfaitement rénové, avec tout le confort et les équipements modernes. Accueil sympathique et efficace. Après avoir prévenu de notre arrivée tardive après le service du dîner réservé en demi-pension. la réceptionniste nous à fait préparé un agréable dîner froid servi en chambre. Petit déjeuner excellent. Rapport qualité prix intéressant. Un agréable patio qui doit permettre des repas agréables l'été. Nous reviendrons.

Auf dem Weg nach Frankreich haben wir 1 Nacht hier verbracht . Wir hatten ein Package mit Abendessen sowie den spa für uns gebucht . Preis / Leistung fanden wir super . Exzellente Pasta mit hauchdünnem Teig ! Guter Service . Netter kleiner Saunabereich . Wir kommen gerne wieder !!

È la prima volta che scrivo una recensione prima che il soggiorno sia terminato. Albergo pulito, in ottima posizione nel centro del paese (vicino ad un parcheggio coperto totalmente gratuito). Colazione e cena a dir poco ottime. Colazione a buffet con prodotti freschi e buonissimi, con possibilità di ordinare le uova. Cena compresa nella mezza pensione consiste in una portata principale e un dessert.... Mai mangiati ravioli così buoni 😅💕. Il vero punto di forza di questo albergo è il personale, composto quasi esclusivamente da donne. Tutte veramente competenti e gentili pronte ad aiutare e soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Complimenti a tutti!!!!

Ein sehr schön restaurierter Palazzo mit stillvoll eingerichteten Zimmern und schönem Badezimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das „Spa“ besteht leider nur aus einem kleinen Kellerraum mit Whirlpool, der erst angeheizt wird wenn man ihn für 55 € mietet. Die im Voraus gebuchte Massage war hervorragend. Das Essen im Restaurant und die Weinempfehlung war sehr gut und auch hier wurde man sehr freundlich bedient . Der ehemalige großzügige Frühstücksraum mit den schönen Fresken wird leider gerade in eine Luxus Suite umgebaut. Das Frühstück gibt es jetzt in einem kleinen offnen Raum neben dem Eingang.

Beautiful hotel in the city center of Fossano. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The restaurant is amazing. The quality and taste are worth more than 4 stars! Our junior suite was spacious with a view on the court - we loved everything about the hotel and we will come back for sure. They provide high quality for a good price!

Semplicemente perfetto. Antica dimora nobiliare ristrutturata con annessa chiesetta. Ottime le stanze cosi' come il ristorante annesso ANTICHE VOLTE. Ottimo lo chef ed il personale di sala. Cantina ottima cosi' come la spa. Personale giovane, gentile ed affabile. CONSIGLIATISSIMO *****
