Posto orribile stanze da depressione tutto vecchio,TV non funziona, porta che si apre con uno starnuto, materasso come una lastra di ferro, asciugacapelli che fa scintille, doccia con tenda e piatto doccia consumato, bagno indescrivibile. L'unica cosa positiva? Colazione veramente buona. Peccato perché il posto e bello.

The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. If you are in Finale to mountain bike I can't think of a better hotel. The location is ideal and the breakfast bountiful. There is onsite parking, fantastic secure storage for bikes (with lots of power points for charging ebikes), bike washing facilities and even a work stand and stools to make bike maintenance easy. Icing on the cake was when we checked out and the hotel staff asked if we'd like to come back to shower at the end of our ride before starting our journey home. Now that's a hotel that understands the needs of its customers.

Camera senza una presa x poter ricaricare il cell con bagno senza bidè cibo self service da mensa aziendale colazione con distributori bevande calde e fredde. Unico pregio la cortesia del personale. Praticamente un ex convento adattato a hotel 3 stelle forse come ostello non lo consiglio a nessuno

Pros: Amazing staff. Sara. Loved her. :) The main floor has great bones and could be amazing if maintained. good price.
Cons: The rooms. No bueno! They are clean (as clean as they can be with the decades of no maintenance). Rooms need a serious upgrade. But it is cheap and the parking is plenty. 15 min walk to the beach.

This is a lovely, old school residence conveniently located halfway between the beach and the historic center (a 10 minute walk each). The rooms are basic but have a historic charm, with high ceilings and quirky furniture in the hallways. The parking lot is convenient and the terrace and gardens are lovely. Breakfast was outstanding and the entire staff was so friendly, caring, and fastidiously safe during our pandemic visit.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito presso l'hotel per tre notti, di ritorno da un viaggio all'estero. Cercavamo una struttura non particolarmente ricercata ma accogliente e rilassante per concludere il nostro periodo di ferie con qualche giorno al mare. Hotel Florenz ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative da tutti i punti di vista: la posizione è ottima per raggiungere il borgo di Finale e non troppo distante dalla spiaggia (15 min. abbondanti) , la camera spaziosa e accogliente, la colazione eccellente e varia (con anche alcuni ottimi prodotti fatti in casa, come i biscotti o il pane al pistacchio) e il personale gentilissimo e particolarmente ospitale. Ci è stata data la possibilità di usufruire della doccia dopo la spiaggia verso le 17 benché avessimo lasciato la stanza stamattina alle 10.30 e non ci è stato chiesto alcun supplemento per questo servizio aggiuntivo. Non possiamo che ringraziare per il nostro soggiorno presso hotel Florenz!
