Family friendly hotel. Staffs were friendly and services were very good. Spa was relaxing, I wish they have bigger spa place because it's crowdy in evening. Next, we were not able to book hotel packages/ offers through hotel website. We ended up calling them while booking.

Majoituimme kaksi yötä. Hotelli on jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt ja moni yksityiskohta kertoi remonttitarpeesta.
Käytävän äänet kuuluivat huoneisiin erittäin hyvin, huoneessa oleva pieni jääkaappi ei toiminut.
**********in sivulle saisi laittaa maininnan, että kylpylän käyttö EI kuulu majoituksen hintaan! Kylpylä kuuluu hintaan ainoastaan, jos varaa majoituksen hotellin omalta sivulta - Henkilökunta piti huolen siitä, että tämä tuli hyvin selkeästi vastaanotossa mainittua!
Aamupala oli pelkistetty hotelliaamupala, josta ei merkittävää kerrottavaa jäänyt.

Hotelli sijaitsee aivan ihanassa ympäristössä järven rannalla! Hotelli ollut aikoinaan tosi upea. Kokolattiamatot käytävillä tuoksahtaa vanhalle, eikä muutenkaan ole enää tätä päivää. Muuten ok. Kylpyhuone oli siivottu huonosti, mutta henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja kylpyhuone siivottiin pyynnöstä paremmin. Aamupala oli ok. Kahvivalikoimaa voisi olla enemmän kuin yksi perus.

We stayed here almost one week last summer. It's a scenic place and located in the city, still in a calm island! In Savonlinna you don't need a car anyway. The building is decades old and it can be seen in corridoors etc. but for example every room are renovated to this modern day. If you're looking something brilliant, this is not your place. But if you're looking a good and peaceful place for a family staying, check this! We did a couple of workouts in a gym (80-90's look a like) and enjoyed spa almost every evening. A lake outside was a nice wake up before breakfast. We ate almost every meal in a hotel so we experienced breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snack. The last one was poorest and warm meals varied from not so special to excellent. Note that you can eat outside, also!

Nice place to say. Cooling system safe my nightsleep. Bed was good. Assor**ent was not the biggest on in the breakfest, but quality was good. Service was excellent. Problem: Can´t charge car! Nice a**osphere near to city center.

The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Bathroom in need of renovation. Didn’t want to take a shower because of the condition. The food at the breakfast buffet was not properly heated. The staff was friendly.
