Room is fine, service great, breakfast below average and plain in choices and the breakfast room is quite sad and small, could not charge car because electricity outlet was locked. Location is close walk to center. The price is easy over-priced.

Hotelli sijaitsi aivan keskustan tuntumassa ja sopi hyvin Savonlinnaan tutustumiseen. Auton sai parkkiin hotellin pihaan. Huoneistomme oli väljä ja siisti. Huoneistossa oli erilliset keittiötilat. Kalustus oli vanhahtavaa, mutta paikat siistit. Aamiainen oli perushyvä ja ajoi asiansa - ei toki myöskään yllättänyt. Kesähelteellä viilennystä olisi kaivannut.

Majapaikkana Willa Aria oli sympaattinen ja persoonallinen, ihan toista kuin ketjuhotellit. Meillä oli "sviitti" jossa kaksi melko korutonta huonetta (molemmissa oma jääkaappi!), keittiö, vessa ja kaikkialla kauniit lautalattiat. Tuulettimet olivat tarpeen, lisäksi olisimme kaivanneet pimennysverhoja tai edes hieman peittävämpiä verhoja makuuhuoneisiin, joissa oli vain valoverhot. Yöunet jäivät auringonnousun jälleen lyhyiksi. Käytävän palo-ovi kolisi aina ihmisten kulkiessa. Muuten paikka oli rauhallinen ja miellyttävä. Pieni miinus shampoon ja saippuan puuttumisesta, plussaa niiden nopeasta toimittamisesta heti reklamoituamme. Palvelu oli kauttaaltaan ystävällistä ja olo tervetullut. Olisimme viihtyneet pidempäänkin!

Oikein hyvä kokonaisuus. Omanlaisensa miljöö pikku yksityiskohtineen. Palvelu erinomaista. Ainoa pieni miinus oikeastaan oli wifin toimimattomuus huoneissa,vaikka henkilökunnan mukaan sitä oli jo parannettukin.

The hotel and especially the room was not what they promised on their own website. It is titled as a boutique hotel, but it is a former boarding house and the style and amenities are accordingly. The prize was boutique hotel level though. The breakfast was decent and the bed was good. The room was really hot despite it was about 18 degrees celsius outside.
