Service was crappy took hours to check in they wouldn’t conference today when our room was nasty and dirty and it took till 1 AM to check in and they charged us $20 for a late check out. I would not recommend this motel at all but if you have to stay somewhere, there are worse things to do, then go to the super eight on Northeast 14th I would recommend going in to any other hotel. You can afford rather than the super eight on Northeast 14th.

They don’t have enough staff? Walking into the lobby there was trash and dirty all over the ground, by checking in at another hotel you would think they would help keep it clean. There is one hallway that smelled like actual piss, I had to plug my nose while walking down. Thankfully my hallway did not smell like that.

Very poor choice for a hotel. The bed was comfortable, but otherwise it was a joke. At 9 PM. They still did not have a room ready. Once in the room, there was no amenities to it. Not even any toilet paper and the shampoo was half used. No ice machines in the hotel. It was even difficult to get into the building, because none of the doors were open with the key card.

I was greeted at the desk by a note that said to check in nextdoor at another motel. The room was clean but definitely in need of repair. The bed was comfortable. There were no working ice machines in either hotel. Breakfast was also served in the other hotel. I wont be returning

I could hear the tv in the room next to me all night and then a car putside my room had the alarm go off several times thru the night. If u needed anything i had to go to a different hotel. I will not stay at this property again
