Casa de la Ballena

Location: The hotel is situated in an ideal location, offering easy access to the beach and downtown area within a 5-minute walk. Its proximity to the town center allows guests to enjoy local attractions while maintaining a peaceful, private atmosphere away from crowds.

This is a small boutique hotel just a few blocks from the plaza. I was traveling with a friend for her nieces wedding. We found this place because we wanted to be able to walk to town and we needed two beds. The hotel is only 5 years old and beautifully kept up. The staff was constantly cleaning. The room was clean and offered a fridge, small cooktop, two coffee makers including an expresso maker. Martin was the manager, and worked with his family to keep everything running smoothly. There is a gym on the second floor overlooking the pool. The hotel also offered full breakfast with you room. They serve the breakfast outside on the covered patio next to the pool. I don’t know if I’ll have a chance to go back, but if I do I would definitely stay there again. I also have to say we walked everywhere in Sayulita and always felt safe even at night.
