On behalf of me and the females that was there we wanna say a special thank u to (Benecia) our waitress she is in need of raise respectfully, she made our nights 100 percent better all the rest of staff was great wish i got there name, specials shout out to (Stephon) as well the buss driver thank u ,we really do appreciate the hospitality ✊❤️continue to strive for greatness guys

Everything about the hotel was great—from the pool to the rooms to the karaoke—and the staff was all very kind. However, I would especially like to thank Ms. Benecia, one of the fantastic staff members, for being the best and making us feel at ease.

My experience was great and the staff I loved them so full of energy. Benecia was the life of the party she made us feel so welcomed and like family. The karaoke was great he was awesome the host for the karaoke I cannot remember her name but she was also full of life. There was also this other button that came and she sang for us and that was really great.

Very nice hotel in the capital city, with amazing food at the restaurant! I enjoyed the swimming pool and the views from the rooftop. I would recommend to ask the reception on arrival where the room is located, as mine was facing the bar terrace, and I had music until 11 pm on my first night and up to 10 pm on my second night. I love music so it was not an issue at all! Overall a great hotel. The shuttle is also great to go to the beach on a day trip or to the airport.

We had organised a free pick up service from the airport that was offered by the hotel. The driver arrived half an hour late at the airport. When we complained to the receptionist (Alicia) she had a very bad attitude towards us (for whatever reason), claiming that the pick up wasn't correct anyways. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service.
