Such a lovely clean hotel and an incredibly welcoming hostess. Thank you for making our trip so special and for such a gorgeous cooked breakfast. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending The Leeway Hotel to anybody looking for a lovely place to stay in Scarborough. Thank you.

As always, impeccably clean, smells lovely. One of the most comfortable beds ever. Didn't have breakfast this time but can recommend it. And the view, one of my most favourite places to escape the world! I will be back, again, hopefully soon!

What a gem of a B&B! Lovely clean rooms, with a mini fridge stocked with milk and bottle water, coffee machine and the usual tea making facilities. The bed was really comfy snd had a good night's sleep. During my stay, the owner Zsuzanna still had my necklace that I had left the year before (I had lost hope of ever finding it) She also kindly let me check out slightly later and was a lovely host. Located as a great base in North Bay with fabulous sea views!

Another excellent stay @ the leeway b&b, Zsuzsanna a wonderful owner & host, friendly & nothjng too much trouble. Lovely sea view room (6) spotless, home from home. Fab brekkie, great choice for everyone. Adults only which is great for our stay in scarbro on tbe scooter rally wknd.On site free parking.
