ad the best time nice room clean food was exspensive and only bar snakes staff were very good and helpfull and the windows were dirty need cleaninggood for the money WELL DONE CLIFTON ps carpark was very good but was charge £8per night but i feel this was worthit

We have stayed in this hotel before it was refurbished and wow what a difference. Our room was comfortable, spotless clean and beautifully decorated. They have done a great job. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The manageress, Julie was so lovely, welcoming and very accommodating. We would certainly stay there again.

Currently staying for one night. I’ve wanted to visit for a long time and when I found out it was opening again I booked online. The hotel has amazing views and has clearly been updated. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I have nothing bad to say at all. The room has everything we need and the best view ever. We will be back!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist etwas älter und natürlich nicht mehr komplett im Schuss aber das macht die besondere A**osphäre aus. Das Personal ist einfach wundervoll. Das Zimmer war einfach aber der Ausblick einmalig. Das zuvorkommende Personal macht die kleinen Fehler wieder gut. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen es muss nicht immer ein 5 Sterne Hotel sein. Danke an das Personal und besonders an Julie die uns wirklich einen tollen Service gegeben hat.

We booked a standard double room but when we got the room, it was too small and had a single bed. All amenities in room were for 1 person and not 2. I and my husband were too tired after a long trip and could not care less. Until the I also thought maybe while booking I should have carefully looked at the pictures. Next day, when I actually had a look at the site, I realized the room we were given was actually a single bed room for 1 person. This was shocking! Also, our room was on 3rd floor and the lift was not working. Had to carry a big suitcase on my own as my husband had a back problem. Have never stayed in a worse hotel.

Ok stay for what we paid, our room was on the 4th floor with lovely views of the bay, The lift was broken but as we were only stayng for one night it wasnt a major problem, overall 6 out of 10.

lovely hotel, 3 time in two years. Lovely lady on reception offered us ground floor room due to disability. fantastic sea view's with friendly helpful staff. Hotel building is a bit run down but for its age thats to be expected.

This hotel is a disgrace , the place is dirty ,windows that are never cleaned , lift breaking down every day , nails sticking up in bathroom floor, no bar staff to be found ( during happy hour ) after then there 2 staff on. The breakfast was awful . Dogs barking as owners had left them alone at night. Never again !

We booked a double room for 2 nights. The room we were given was a single room with a mid sized bed pushed against a wall. We paid well above the going rate for this accomodation. I asked to be moved, and to be fair, we were given a larger room. But it was still shoddy. I expected more. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was OK. I dont feel the hotel was as advertised.
