Scenic Hotels in Wuyishan

"The entire room including the toilet was very clean and looked almost brand new. It was easy to get to the hotel from Nanpingshi Station by taking K1 and following the directions sent by the staff. There are also free local buses very near the hotel to get to the bamboo raft pier and to the scenic area south entrance. There are also many eateries around. One staff member was particularly helpful - she showed me how to use a WeChat app to find the bus stops/routes/timing which was very useful in helping get around and also to rush down to the bus stop on my departure day so I could catch K1 back to Nanpingshi Station. She was wearing a light purple jacket (not sure if her name is Xiao Yang?) and the other staff could certainly do with her enthusiasm in helping and engaging the guests."

"The room facilities feel a bit old, but the layout is decent. The hotel's overall environment is great, blending into nature thanks to its proximity to Dawang Peak. The staff are very proactive and service-oriented. We had originally booked two consecutive packages, but realized it would rain heavily during the latter half of our stay, preventing us from going out. We discussed this with the hotel, and to our surprise, they promptly agreed to cancel one package without any cancellation fees. They are incredibly thoughtful towards their guests, which is fantastic. Definitely worth coming back again."

"The location is super convenient, right next to Sangu Old Street. It's just a few minutes' walk to the bus station, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The room facilities are great; after a tiring hike, you can relax and watch something on the projector. The room is generally clean, spacious, and the service is good. The only downside is the soundproofing isn't great. It would be even better if the bathroom had a door or curtain to separate the wet and dry areas."

"Didi stops at the entrance to small lane, walk a little bit along the curve lane to find this lovely place. Breakfast set was simple yet filling. Location is convenient to find food nearby and even walking to Da Hong Pao Performance is not an issue. From the balcony you could see the mountain at night. There is a laundry machine (detergent is provided) to use on 3rd floor. There is ample hangers and laundry lines are on 4th floor balcony to hang clothes to dry. There is a swing at the yard for enjoyment as well. The hosts are very warm and helpful people. It was a very pleasant stay."

"Conveniently located in 三姑度假区，with bus stop (free public bus) just slightly away fr KFC. If taxi driver dropped you off on main street where KFC is, you just need to enter KFC, and cross over to go out to the back door, and you enter the Weisu hotel. Room is spacious, cleanliness is OK. However, the room is smelly with cigarette smoke. Our room faces the main road (大王蜂), and can hear noise fr passing cars and pedestrians. Shampoo not provided, with a bottle of 2 in 1 body+hand wash on the basin, where there is no where to put this bottle in the shower area."

"Excellent stay! I received a free room upgrade, which included a bathtub and a wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The guesthouse lobby has two adorable cats, a British Shorthair named 'Jinbao' and a Golden British Shorthair named 'Zhaocai'. Zhaocai is quite a rebel and will playfully swat at anyone, but Jinbao is super friendly and lets you pet her as long as you have cat treats. The overall accommodation environment was fantastic. What was even better was their restaurant. We stayed for two nights and had all three of our main meals at the guesthouse. The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly suited our taste buds. In contrast, many restaurants within the Wuyishan scenic area can be hit or miss – I won't name names, but there are just too many 'influencer' spots. Right across the road from the guesthouse is 'Impression Dahongpao', which was a great show to catch in the evening. A short walk further is the Tea Culture Park, and if you follow the path deep into the park, you'll find a famous walking trail. Every weekend evening, there's a band that performs there for free. On the morning we went to the Wuyishan National Park, we even borrowed a traditional bamboo hat from the guesthouse, which was a fun experience. The only slight downside was breakfast; it wasn't quite to my liking as it was a bit greasy and salty. So, on the second morning, we went out for Zixi noodles instead. The soundproofing in the room could be better; I could hear conversations in the hallway in the morning, but it wasn't a major issue. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"This was my first trip to Wuyishan, and I booked this hotel. I communicated my needs online with the owner, who then personally picked me up from the high-speed rail station for free. On the way, they shared interesting information about Wuyishan's culture and history. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and patient, arranging a quiet, high-floor room as I'd requested in my booking notes. They even provided an air purifier and recommended some great, value-for-money restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A special mention: my boyfriend really wanted more of the cantaloupe from the fruit platter, and the uncle at the noodle station overheard and went out of his way to cut us another portion, fulfilling his wish! The cleaning auntie always supplied four bottles of water and even neatly arranged my disposable bed sheets. The front desk also provided services like lending umbrellas, packing breakfast for us at 6 AM, and offering a late check-out. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel's central location made it super convenient to get anywhere. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wuyishan!"

"The location is excellent, right within the Wuyi Mountains scenic area, about a 10-minute walk from Wuyi Palace, making it convenient to get everywhere. The hotel's overall environment is beautiful, and it has all the amenities you could need, including a washing machine, dryer, and vending machine. They even provide laundry detergent in the bathroom, which is a very thoughtful touch. Plus, the staff here are very friendly and accommodating; when I asked for water, they generously gave me two bottles."

"We were in Wuyishan for a chat and tea at a friend's tea house, and booked this hotel last minute for an overnight stay. When we arrived late, our reserved room had a facility issue and couldn't be used. However, the hotel quickly arranged for us to stay at their sister property, Guanlan, right next door, and even upgraded our room. The butler was incredibly helpful! The hotel environment is lovely; stepping out onto the balcony, you're greeted by mountains and a stream. All the bathroom fixtures are Kohler, and the rooms have smart controls and even underfloor heating, which was a pleasant surprise! Being close to the mountains, the underfloor heating addressed my concerns about dampness. The AC also adjusted temperature quickly, and the toiletries smelled great! The hotel is a courtyard villa that integrates a tea house, brunch, and guest rooms. It's fully equipped and away from the hustle and bustle – a perfect spot for a vacation! Highly recommended!"
