The hotel was nice. It was comfortable and the price was reasonable. We arrived at the station and decided to stay another night then travel to the airport. It took about 1 hour to the airport. The exit of the train station is literally next to the hotel and has easy access to pull up suitcases... Super convenient. There's lots of restaurants, stores and supermarket close to the hotel, and it was a lovely walk around. The shower is nice and the bed is quite comfortable. The only part I didn't like was the pillows. They were very accommodating and offered me another, but I felt they weren't very comfortable. Overall we had a comfortable stay and highly recommend 👍👍👍

I didn't get the floor or bed type as I had booked, either the description on Trip was wrong or the hotel only had an offer for the deluxe room for this description, where I had to pay an extra 50. Otherwise, the breakfast and room, the location was perfect. The underground car park is expensive and there is no discount for the 24th day.

Good hotel, clean, perfectly located for visiting Schaffhausen. Everything can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The train station is right next to the hotel. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are well equipped.

Sehr freundliche Dame am Empfang. Super Lage direkt am Bahnhof und in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss mitten in der Altstadt.

Check-in was quick. The room was comfortable and clean. I did not use any facilities. The staff were exceptional, helpful, and patient with a problem that I had, which they resolved. I will be back to stay on my next visit. Big thanks to Sara and Joana.

4 adults family holiday with elderly parents - stayed in 2x Superior Double Room for 3 nights during the week. Reassuringly there were many locals staying for their business trips. Conveniently located next to Schaffhausen Bahnhof, there are frequent trains to Zurich Airport that takes 40-50 minutes. Town centre is within 5 minutes walking distance with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. There's a Migros with Migros Restaurant on the opposite side of SH Bahnhof where we had our breakfast as we didn't choose the hotel's add-on breakfast. Despite its proximity to SH Bahnhof it wasn't noisy. The rooms were modern, bright, clean and spacious. The windows can be opened for fresh air which proved useful as one of our rooms' air-conditioning and fridge didn't work. We reported the issue quite late and the conciege advised us that the engineers were off site and could only repair it the next day which was already our check-out day. I would recommend staying at Vienna House if visiting & sightseeing in & around SH, the Rheinfall, Winterthur or Zurich.
