This Hotel desperately needs an updated review! It has been revamped and modernised to an excellent standard for what is the lowest cost hotel we could find in the area for a couple of nights stay. It is one of the nicest and well appointed Hotels we have stayed in in many countries over the last fifty years including several in Switzerland. It is good value for money with a warm and friendly welcome, very good menu delivering a fine variety of well cooked and presented tasty meals. The rooms are traditional Swiss with the use of wood in a variety of original and pleasing ways that extends throughout the whole property, The beds were amongst the most comfortable Hotel beds we have experienced and we slept soundly though it has to be said that the main road traffic might disturb a light sleeper. Lots to do in the area and the literature stock for attractions is well stocked. Toilet and shower facilities are a little cramped but not to the extent that we would complain! This hotel is good value, comfortable and a great base for trips.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie im Hotel (10 Personen 6 Erw.). Je nach Zimmer ganz OK. Wir hatten Zimmer 1, dieses war viel zu klein. Jedoch für eine Nacht ganz ok. Alles sauber. Essen am Abend war hervorragend. Morgenessen nichts spezielles. Es hat ein Spielzimmer für die Kids, wirklich cool. Mit ein paar Abschreibungen ein gutes Hotel.

Première nuit d'un roadtrip en famille avec la mauvaise surprise de la salle de bain/toilette sur le palier de l'étage. Alors au temps que ce soit sur le palier, ça ne me dérange pas trop, autant avoir toilette ET douche communes dans la même pièce exigüe, ça m'a un peu retenu. Je ne parle même pas de la petite famille qui a préféré faire une toilette de chat, sauter le repas et passer vite la nuit pour repartir. Sinon hôtel bien placé au pied du col du Glacier du Rhône à faire tôt le matin.
