There is nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but the staff are very rude and I feel discriminated against. In particular, there is a male employee at the counter who seems to be mentally ill and will yell at the guests. This made me have a horrible experience. Do not choose this hotel unless it is cheap.

Found trash from previous occupant so questionable cleaning. Otherwise no complaints and would stay there again. Lots of good food very close by.

We only stayed for a night at this hotel but we enjoyed our stay. Emerson at the front desk greeted us warmly and promptly checked us in. Definitely a first class customer service. Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was good. Breakfast was good, there was nothing to complain. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Their staff went above and beyond making it a fun a**osphere for the cheer groups that weekend. They had a hot cocoa bar, cookies, candy and decorations for the cheerleaders. They also had a an extra waffle maker set up in the morning because of the large amount of people there. Their extra efforts to make us feel welcome were much appreciated and we will be staying here again for our next cheer trip in the area.

I stayed at this hotel in April 2023 and again in April 2024 when exhibiting at the AXPONA Show held a 10 minute walk away... So it was a convenient location. The Suite I had was very spacious and had a King Bed, but I thought the lighting was a little on the dim side. Bed was comfortable enough and the room was clean. I took advantage of the breakfast buffet (included in my rate) and it had a reasonable selection of hot and cold items, and nice fresh fruit daily. I never had a problem finding a parking space and the front desk staff were always helpful. There is a gym and an indoor pool at this hotel. There are many good restaurants in easy reach of this hotel to choose from.
