The people coming in and out are very messy, the lobby is very noisy, and the service is not good. I asked the other party to send a quilt, called several times, and no one delivered it after waiting for several hours... I will not stay again in the future

Have to give amazing kudos to staff! Lorenzo from room service was so professional, thoughtful, and went over and above to help me get breakfast early before work. Toni and Chantel at the front desk were also really very professional, helpful, went over and above in every way to assist with my stay. The staff, and these three in particular, are definitely one of the best parts of staying here.

Violet was our hostess in the Executive Lounge for the morning breakfast. She provided wonderful service with a friendly smile. She recognized repeat travelers and made a point to say "hello" to everyone who walked through the door. We will recommend Marriott Schaumburg and Violet to our friends and family.

where do I start? lets go with check in. when I arrived to the property i wasn't greeted properly at all. I said hello I' here to check in and the front desk didn't greet me or even say hello. She said what' your last name can i see your id and debit card. she then asked if i needed a single or double beds i said i have the kids with me i need two beds. Shen then asked me did i have a preference on the floor i implied it didn't matter as long as i have two beds. she then told me to put my debit card in machine for incidentals. I then received a notification from my bank stating i was changed 458.72 so that's when i was confused. I then asked why am i being change so much when I paid for the room already. After doing research they noticed the made a mistake and refunded my funds(its going to take 5-7 business days). I then proceeded to the room just to take one foot in the door to notice it was a room with only one bed. Now I' getting really frustrated because i told her multiple times i needed two beds. I proceed to go downstairs to left her know she gave me one bed room. She didn't apologize she didn't say anything but asked the key fixed it and gave the key back without apologizing again. All of this before even starting the stay is outrageous. Next we get settled into our room and later head down to the pool area. we over hear other families complaining about the staff and security being rude but we were so fed up we didn't even want to engage. Our company's CEO visited and an early check-in was absolutely necessary. Hotel Director of manager, Elizabeth Barkov, assisted us, ensuring a successful stay. I sincerely thank her for her help. I would like to stay again on another occasion.

I wanted to send a HUGE THANK YOU and APPRECIATION for Diana, the Front Desk Reservations Agent at the Marriott Chicago Schaumburg hotel. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay! One morning, We needed a box to ship our luggage back home and not only did she check multiple places, she found the exact size box that we needed which helped greatly on time and for that we really appreciated it! I know it wasn’t apart of her duties but that fact she made us feel warm that she was willing to help made our whole week!!! Even when I came back in the afternoon, she was still smiling and enjoying her work day. Those are the types of people we expect to greet us and see at Marriott properties so please keep it up! Thank you so much Diana for making our stay wonderful! We will be back for a third, fourth and fifth etc time! Bless! JDD

This is my go to hotel always! The service is impeccable. I feel so relaxed, the pool and gym are great. Although the breakfast can be improved, the staff and food is good!

This Hotel was top notch! Very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. Huge Kudos to Jonathan the Assistant Director of Sales and Karen the Front Desk Agent! They were both very professional, competent, and delivered a high level of customer service. Our family will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to the Chicago area.
