We had a king fireplace suite. Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Petra at the front desk was very nice and friendly. She called our room about half an hour after checking in to make sure the room was satisfactory. Many restaurants short distance away. The hotel had a Super Bowl party in the lobby with snacks & beverages (we did not partake). They also have social hours on Wednesdays with food and beverages. Will stay here again when back in Schaumburg!

Stayed here for thanksgiving weekend. This place is better maintained than the Sonesta which we have been going to the previous years. I missed the two bedrooms. This place gets the 4 star due to the breakfast and having maid service every other day. Warning make sure you are on the top floor. With being in the second floor and having people on the third we heard them walking around. A minor inconvenience Also another inconvenience is the limited hot water supply. Wake up early if you want a hot shower. Not sure why this is an issue Overall a great stay.

Our first room smelled strongly of pot, and then window had been left open. Glad I found it first because it literally folded out, it doesn’t slide and my children could have gone out of it. The hotel graciously gave us a new room, except this one was infested with cockroaches.
It was 11pm and I have 3 small children so we all slept in the bedroom of the suite because the roaches were in the kitchen area.
In the morning I told front desk staff in a very nice way and all they could do was stare at me and say nothing. I never requested a refund, we did stay the night. But I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
