Rooms were super outdated and bathroom tiny that was very old and tired. The mattress was very poor quality for a Hyatt Regency.

At the least the room was comped, but delaying access until 10:45pm then unknowingly switching my wife and I on our 35th anniversary to two twin beds versus a Queen. Shocked and unacceptable.

As a Hyatt Globalist, this is one of the best value Hyatts around. The staff is extremely friendly and competent. Unlike so many hotels, they seem to retain much of the same staff year after year. Food is good value.

The lobby was inundated with families camped out and wholly indifferent to the other guests. Screaming children raced up and down the corridors while parents slept on the chairs and couches. I never saw one staff member even attempt to gain control over the situation. This was not a hotel but a circus. I will never stay at this property again.

advertising free breakfast and check in employee told us it was also free but when we go downstairs to eat we were charged for what we ate which was a small bowl with 2- 4 pieces of fruit in it (had to pay 22.99 for that) and when we asked the staff at check out they were be very rude and not understanding and still charged us and insisted that we were lying about the check in staff telling us it was free.
