First room we were given we couldn't even get into. They reset our keys saying that i probably erased them on accident but the reset keys still wouldn't open our room. So they assigned us a second room which we got into right away. Room was clean but was a sauna in the room. Temperature was at 76 so i tried to lower the temperature and we left to goto an event. Afterwards we came back and couldn't get into our new room. Went throughto whole you must have accidentally erased the keys. They ended up sending a employee to get us into our room. He got us into our room but the key system wasn't working for our door and our room was now 80. He couldn't get our lock working but at least got the room to cool down greatly. Once he left I guess the front desk called to talk to us but the room phone wasn't working so we couldn't verify who called. We elected to stay in the room because 1 it started to cool down and 2 we werenot planning to leave till morning. Well weshould have left our room was not sound proof in the slightest and kids chasing each other around in the hallway kept us up allnight. Safe to say me and my wife will never stay at a hyatt.

I was tired and I didn’t feel like driving home.My son and I just wanted a comfortable place to sleep overnight. Most hotels in the area was booked and pricy. We were able to get a room at a reasonable rate and check in the hotel right away. The attendant was very friendly and patient. She explained the benefits of staying at the hotel and the benefits of being in the rewards program. The breakfast was decent. I have several cups of tea due to my sore throat I had before I arrived.

Our stay at the Hyatt was amazing. The room we got was huge which was great and Isaac and his customer service was fantastic, he really made us feel welcome as did the rest of the staff. We will definately pick this hotel if we're ever in Chicago again.

Check-in was quick. Room layout was strange. The heater blew out cold air. The elevator floors had water on it each time I used it. Bathroom was very small. Food serving and reception areas are small.

Bed was terrible tried the sofa bed also could not sleep on it we ended up leaving at 12 pm also the heating unit was very loud plus it would get cold in the room then it would turn on and become very warm would never stay here again
