Unknown man walked into my room with a keycard that worked. I'm a female so it made my stay very uncomfortable. I called the front desk to alert them to what just happened. Front desk only stated that that was a manager and he was just checking!

They put a 50 dollar security charge on your card then saiy it will be returned up to 45 days, unacceptable. Broken microwave unfriendly staff.

Although the price online is very affordable! however, you regret it when you find out that there is NO pool, NO f breakfast, and several of the Exut doors to the 1st floor are BROKEN this is a SAFETY Hazard and I’m shocked that Schaumburg allows this to go on as long as it has!

The room was not very clean.. there was a rag (or sock, or underwear.. we don’t know, we didn’t touch it) on the rolling (office) chair in the room. The beds were uncomfortable. The walls were dirty. To top it all off, the heat in the room went out at 2am..was awoken by the heater making weird noises, just turned it off so it would stop, didn’t want to wake my daughter and/or change rooms at 2am. Told the front desk about it at 7am as we were getting ready to leave.. nothing.. no credit/refund for any part of it, not even an apology, just noted it down and said “Ok, you’re all set to go (checked out). The lobby and everything looked clean.. really only there to get some sleep.. which didn’t really happen. Disappointing stay.

I didn’t like the fact that they have limited towels. The breakfast could’ve been better. The orange juice and apple juice was in an open container (pitcher). Our room was next to the elevator, so we could hear when it was being used. The ice machine on our floor was not working. The floors in the lobby needed mopping. We paid for 2 queen beds but we had 2 full beds. I could go on and on but I’ll leave it at, I’ll never stay there again. I’ve stayed at plenty hotels and this one just didn’t fit my liking.

There was supposed to be a restaurant. But it was closed and I was nt notified by them or ******* that was the case. So I had to check out early . No Refund. Grrr. On the positive side staff were good, especially Laura and Sayed.

Very clean rooms, nice staff, fast check out and check in. I had a problem with my room and the front desk was able to send someone and fix the problem right away. I also sat on the patio and I thought it was absolutely breathtaking would stay again.

Front desk people are starting to recognize me. My goto hotel when I’m in the Chicagoland area. Best value in the area.
