I asked for a room not on the first floor. I was told I couldn’t be accommodated since I prepaid for the room on *******. Didn’t feel safe as a single woman traveling

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great. The place is very clean. I’ve always stayed here when I’m flying from Florida to Chicago to visit family on my way back home and they also have a shuttle that’s $25. That’s why I stay here.

It was very unpleasant stay. Lots of bed bugs in the room. When we complain to front desk response was very bad. They didn’t take any action. Never ever coming back here would rather sleep in car then stay in this kind of motel.

We enjoyed ourselves on our little vacay. The only thing I had an issues with was the breakfast. Some of the things that were supposed to.be how were cold. The lady working tried to fix it
Idk if if was. I just went back to my room and finished packing. The hotel is so pretty. It was more than what I was expecting.
