Staff were unprofessional and rude. Unhelpful. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. They prioritized event guest ahead of my stay. Not willing to help with an issue that came up as they were “busy”. Justin from security is rude and spoke over me when speaking with him also.

The bed was uncomfortable. I felt the mattress was old and the sheets were scratchy. The bath towels were really small...and cheap. One was even fraying at the seams. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner smelled really nice - thank you. TV worked well. Check in was a pleasant experience, as was check out. A coffee machine in the room would have been really nice. It ****** that I had to go all the way to aaarg, Starbucks of all places, to get my morning coffee.

Unfortunately my stay was cut short by an electrical fire in another room. I suffer from severe allergies and it was not wise to stay in my room until the issue was resolved. There are people smoking pot in the rooms as well. When the air conditioning came on the odor was very unpleasant. Hopefully there will be compensation for this short stay.

No water given to guests. I called for an extra blanket. After actually using the blanket overnight, in the morning I noticed that it was covered with little black bugs!!!! GROSS!!! I told the front desk, who brought me another blanket. I was never contacted by a manager or anyone with an apology or anything. Really going down hill. Taking away all the great amenities and now this bug situation. Worse is that no one seems to care.

Loved the pillows and able to sleep well. Staff wonderful in straightening out comp room reservation. The Flipt was great for food but I wish it was more of a restaurant in- dining a**osphere. Just a little disappointed no coffee maker in room for an early morning cup before getting dressed.

The room was nice, I just expected it to be a bit more "plush". I was hoping for a small coffee maker with coffee and bathrobes. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The patio was gorgeous, the DJ was amazing, and the drinks were very tasty! I would recommend to friends.

Hotel was excellent ,clean , and very comfortable! Bartender in the hotel bar was very personable and efficient, great drinks ! We had a delicious dinner at Dukes and live entertain during dinner ! We had drinks at Van Slycks ( bartenders were a bit rude trying to charge for a little bottle of water that is always free) enjoyed hearing The Refrigerators play in the lounge !! Overall it was a great weekend ,plus I won some money !!

That overall stay was great. A huge shout out to Kimberly at the check in desk! She was fun and inviting. Looked forward to seeing her each day we were there! The room was clean and all staff was great. Good entertainment each night of our stay. Would recommend!

The hotel itself was very nice but the pile driving noises outside the window were really annoying. Hopefully next time I stay we don’t have to hear that at 8 am when we just wanted to sleep in. The bed was very comfy and the shower was super nice.
