I made a reservation with River view suite, because the pictures described about the river view suite has a terrace, but there wasn't. And the room is even under the ground floor. I feel very dissapointing about the promotion pictures.

Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy my booking because the check-in and check-out date was wrongly booked by Trip Com. My intention is Saturday - Sunday ,22 - 23 October. Not Friday - Saturday, October 21 - 22.

Prima Hotel op een uitstekende locatie.Makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Als ook met eigen vervoer.Voldoende parkeerplaatsen aanwezig. Keurige ontvangst door bekwame en vriendelijke medewerkers. Mooie en schone kamers,ruim van opzet. Op zich een mooie accomodatie,met uitzicht op de Nieuwe Waterweg,waar altijd wel wat te zien is. De moeite waard om daar te logeren. Goede keuken met een ruim assortiment van producten.

Great hotel with excellent service. We’ve been here a couple of times. The beds are comfortable and the view is special watching the big ships. The breakfast was very diverse. We had a great cocktail late evening. I forgot my charger and Delta hotel is sending it back to me charging only the costs of shiping. We’ll be back!

Bij aankomst joegen we een pqs voor de kamer, die tweemaal niet werkte, de derde pas die we ophaalde werkte gelukkig wel.We kregen een kamer(02) zonder ramen (vreselijk). We konden s'nachts slecht slapen vanwege de herrie van het luchtverversing systeem.

I have stayed many times here under the last 15 years.
Until now the hotel was always speckless.
Something changed I feel.
It feels not the same.
I tried the room in the lower part just for fun.
But the room was freezing when I entered, 15 degrees. The heating very very noisy.
And the temperature was not at all responding to the display…
The breakfast was ok but as well is felt better the 20 times before…

Prachtig uitzicht, goed bed, uitstekend ontbijt, prima diner. Matroos waterkant is krap, 1 stoel !, 1 zitzak onder de tv, uitzicht op bed, 2 haakjes voor korte jas, geen kast. Wc 0 haakjes, douche in bad, licht 's nachts pas uit als deur dichtzit: lawaai.
