Eine zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommene charmant-rustikale Unterkunft, aber mit einem großzügigen Frühstücksbuffet und freundlichem Personal.
Morgens hielt oft das warme Wasser nicht lange durch und es braucht definitiv zeitnah bessere Matratzen. Vielen Besuchern waren sie zu weich und durchgelegen.

Nobody was in reception when I arrived the at night. I needed ask help with a sir there that contacted by phone the hotel manager and they unlocked an emergency key room. Today, it was the same case to may check-out where nobody was at the reception to receive the key. The room quality is good and big. The problem of this hotel is the terrible assistance. Also, they will take money for you pay the towel. If it’s necessary to pay, the information should be included on *******. I do not recommend it!

Badezimmer war komplett verschimmelt.
Das Personal aus der Küche arbeitet unter anderem auch an der Rezeption und als Reinigungspersonal.
Die Rezeption war demzufolge kaum besetzt.
Selbst die Mitarbeiter vor Ort meinten das dieses Hotel eine Grundreinigung benötigt.

Hotel in small town within walking distance of Brochen. Located in a super fine program, the train stops in the city if you don't want to go one way.

Staff was very helpful with our late check-in. We forgot that we would be needing a late check-in. They called us and gave instructions for where to find the key after hours. Room was pretty nice and breakfast was great. On-site parking was a plus. We had a nice stay.

Unser Aufenthalt im Regiohotel am Brocken war super! Wir kamen am Abend am Hotel an, wo wir auch schon an der Rezeption erwartet und herzlich empfangen wurden. Am Zimmer gab es nichts zu bemängeln, das Frühstück war auch gut. Lediglich die Parkplatzsituation um das Hotel herum war ein bisschen nervig, weil es keine eingezeichneten Parkflächen gibt und manch ein anderer Hotelgast meint, dann so großzügig parken zu können, dass andere Gäste dann Platzprobleme bekommen (könnten). Aber: Hat schlussendlich trotzdem alles gut funktioniert :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben uns dort gut und sicher aufgehoben gefühlt.
