Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center

I had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient—just a one-minute walk from the airport, which makes it perfect for travelers with early flights or short layovers. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. The service was excellent, with staff who were consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive to guests’ needs. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The hotel offers a good Western breakfast with a variety of options, all fresh and satisfying. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service right next to the airport.

The frontdesk customer service manager Andreea is courteous and have good knowledge on the jobs. Our booking will complicated and She help us to secure the same room for multiple booking forvthe 4 nights stay.

The staff at checked in counter was not very friendly. We booked club rooms with lounge access but on checking in, the access card key was not properly done to allow access. Luckily, the staff at the Lounge helped with the access. No instructions was given on the venue of the breakfast.

I booked one month in advance but even though I wanted to cancel 5 minutes after booking they refused to refund.

Cleanliness is generally spot-on, and the staff are friendly and professional, often going out of their way to help with airport-related queries. Facilities include a solid gym, sauna, and a conference center that's popular for events. The on-site restaurant and bar offer reliable food—nothing groundbreaking, but convenient and tasty enough for a quick meal. Minor downsides: It's pricey for what it is (you're paying for the location), and it lacks the charm of downtown Amsterdam hotels since it's purely functional and airport-focused. If you're staying longer and want to sightsee, you'd be better off in the city center. Overall, a solid, reliable option that delivers exactly what it promises. Recommended for transit stays!
