Ein vornehmes Hotel in guter Lage, nahe dem Bahnhof und der Stadtmitte, Wanderwege unweit vom Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ein Wasserkocher im Hotelzimmer - gerade in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie - ist heute fast selbstverständlich, wir mussten aber nach einem fragen und bekamen dann auch. Etwas kleinlich ist der kostenpflichtige Handtuchwechsel, normalerweise gehört ein Wechsel der Handtücher durch House Keeping zur Zimmerreinigung ohne Extrakosten.

Die Gerichte der schwedischen Woche waren großartig. Besondwrs die schwedischen Pommes :) Alles sehr zu empfehlen! Wir waren zu viert hier und haben ein total nettes Serviceteam, lecketes Essen und gemütliches Ambiente erlebt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Bitte weiter so!

A jewel in the middle of nowhere. Everything is fine, restaurants have a good atmosphere. Prices include breakfast, but are actually a bit too high vs comparable houses. If you are out for sports or Lüneburger Heide, it's a good place to choose.

Wir waren keine Hotelgäste, nur Restaurantbesucher, wir wollten heute unser Urlaub mit einem tollen Essen beenden, wurden allerdings für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis enttäuscht. Der Gruß aus der Küche wurde kommentarlos auf den Tisch gestellt. Das Essen kam sehr zügig, was darauf schließen lässt dass nicht frisch gekocht wird, was man in einem 4 Sterne Haus erwarten dürfte. Der Mais im Salat war definitiv aus der Dose, die Champignons im Hauptgericht auch. Die Maultaschen waren an den Ecken sehr fest und trocken dass man vermuten kann dann sie schon lange vorbereitet waren, zudem waren beide Essen sehr salzig. Wir sind extra in dieses Restaurant gegangen um nochmal regionale Produkte (Heidschnucke) zu genießen, allerdings müssen wir sagen, haben in anderen Restaurants deutlich besser die regionale Küche gegessen zu deutlich günstigeren Preisen.

Wir sind spontane im Tiroler Restaurant am Freitagabend eingekehrt und waren außerordentlich zufrieden. Das Kindermenü war gut, dass Essen fürs Kind war schnell da und es war lecker. Die Erwachsenen haben erstmal Brot erhalten, so dass alle zeitnah versorgt waren. Eigentlich hätten wir gerne noch ein Dessert genommen, die Hauptgerichte waren aber so gut und reichlich, dass wir schweren Herzens auf den Kaiserschmarren verzichtet haben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Wir empfehlen die Pasta.
