No plates, napkins or coffee supplies. Stale english muffins. If you supply even a continental breakfast some bread and coffee does not meet the minimum

The front desk was very friendly. The room was spacious, a bit dated and dirty. Hair was everywhere, bed, pillows, bathroom, toilet. Not sure if they cleaned it before our stay. I just needed a place to crash for a quick nap and it was cheap. You get what you pay for I guess. Wouldn’t stay here again though.

Looked nice on the outside, but the room really needed updating. Rusty drain in the shower, only one set of towels for two people, frig was cool (not cold) and breakfast was far below what is expected at Choice Privilege hotels.

We had to switch rooms as the TV was damaged. New room had no Kleenex or wash clothes. Breakfast was waffles, bagels(stale) grape juice and a can of Mandarin orange unopened.

This property was horrible. There was bugs stained walls stained sheets, stained comforters. The conditions were deplorable. There was missing, lampshades. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart, and when we turn the water on to take a shower bugs came out with brown water. I don’t know how this facility is even functioning at this point with any customers

THEY NEED STAIRS BETTER ACCESS 2 DOOR 4 THOSE LIKE ME WHO HAVE ISSUES WALKING

Lack of professionnalism of the reception attendant. Ask for hair dryer for the morning, never received, bathroom fixtures lacked maintenance. No coffee, no breakfast and we paid for it. We are really disappointed. We should receive a refund for any inconvenience.

There was a boil water or use bottled water notice in effect because the water was unsafe to drink. They should have provided clean water. There were no plates for breakfast and the response was that they were out. Of paper plates. I asked is we were supposed to eat the waffles off the table and she got us some plates. Staff acted as though we were an inconvenience.
