Het verblijf was beter dan verwacht! Prachtig hotel! We zijn twee dagen geweest en het eten en eigenlijk alles was heerlijk. Wat ons wel opviel was dat het zwembad een beetje stonk (iets met de afvoer? Geen idee) verder hebben wij gewoon een top verblijf gehad

Een high tea genuttigd voor de 4e keer en deze was weer fantastisch alles had een eigen smaak en ambachtelijke gemaakt zeer vriendelijke bediening en een ruime service. We komen hier dus al voor de 4e keer en dat zegt genoeg Culinair en op een heerlijke plek.

Kamers verdienen wat aandacht, bedden zijn prima, sanitair en kamer zijn schoon. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie locatie en goede uitvalsbasis.

book this hotel for its lcation near forest, hiking , biking and village life, dont book this hotel when you expect well-trained staff, fluffy towels, comfortable beds or minibars that actually work.

Kamer op de bovenste verdieping met alleen uitzicht op de sterren door de aanwezige dakramen. Bedden een beetje zacht. Diner was perfect. Smaakte heerlijk en bediening was goed ! Ook ontbijt ruim voldoende. Prima verblijf gehad.

Wij hebben een high tea gedaan bij de Jan van Schoorl. Dit deden we omdat we goede ervaring hadden bij een ander Fletcher hotel. Met de high tea was kwalitatief niets mis echter kwantitatief was het erg weinig. Je gaat met trek van tafel. Dit doorgegeven aan de serveerster die deed er niets mee, wij dachten misschien is er een toegift mogelijk. Niet dus, later contact opgenomen met Sander de restaurant chef en hij beweegt, ook na meerdere malen overnieuw vragen niet. Ik wil jullie waarschuwen doe hier geen high tea, Sander vindt het allemaal wel prima zo.

De kamer is behoorlijk gedateerd en spullen zijn echt aan vervanging toe. We hadden een familie kamer die qua bedden prima was, alleen sliepen wij op een kamer zonder raam. Meubilair was kapot/versleten. Het geheel doet onverzorgd aan. Zwembad was prima en ook het ontbijt was goed.

Hotel was lovely, beatiful surroundings but parking is definitely a point of improvement as is not sized to the available amount of guests.
